FIRST ROBOTICS COMPETITION 2019 - DESTINATION: DEEP SPACE

In Destination: Deep Space Robots need to load cargo balls to the Space ships in the field. In order to prevent from cargo falling, they need to block each cargo bay with a hatch panel. In the End of the game the robots need to climb stairs in different heights.

FIRST ROBOTICS COMPETITION 2018 - POWER UP

In FIRST Power Up Robots must pick-up cubes, score them on giant tilting scales to tip them in their favor and out-score their opponents.  In the end-game robots will hang from a 7-foot high bar while helping their partners to hang.​​

FIRST ROBOTICS COMPETITION 2017 - STEAMWORKS

Robots are built to shoot wiffle balls into goals and pick up and deliver frisbee-sized plastic gears to human players to out-score their opponents. At the end of each match, robots can climb ropes to score even more points.

FIRST ROBOTICS COMPETITION 2016 - STRONGHOLD

Robots score points by launching 10-inch foam dodgeballs into opponents’ goals and crossing different on-field obstacles. At the end of each match, robots can hang from a six foot bar to earn even more points.

Robots stack storage bins and trash cans on designated sections of the  playing field to earn points and out-score their opponents.. They may also place pool noodles inside the trash cans for extra points.

FIRST ROBOTICS COMPETITION 2014 - AERIAL ASSIST

Robots score points by picking up large inflatable exercise balls, carrying them down the 54-foot field while fighting past defenders, and throwing them into goals 6 feet in the air. Teams can score extra points by throwing the ball over a mid-field barrier and passing the balls to teammates before scoring.

FIRST ROBOTICS COMPETITION 2013 - ULTIMATE ASCENT

Teams build robots to pick up and launch frisbees into goals mounted 9 feet off the ground. Robots can also try to block other robots from scoring. At the end of each match, robots climb up a pyramid-shaped jungle gym one rung at a time, gaining more points the higher they climb.

FIRST ROBOTICS COMPETITION 2012 - REBOUND RUMBLE

Robot basketball! Robots pick up and throw foam basketballs into their team’s basketball hoops.  During the end-game, robots try to balance with their teammates on teeter-totter-like platforms in the middle of the field.

FIRST ROBOTICS COMPETITION 2011 - LOGO MOTION

In this game, robots can pick up large inflatable tubes shaped like elements of the FIRST logo and place them on pegs, known as the ‘scoring rack’. The tubes are worth extra if they are placed to form the FIRST logo. During the end of the game, robots race miniature pole-climbing robots up towers for extra points.

FIRST ROBOTICS COMPETITION 2010 - BREAKAWAY

Robot soccer! In Breakaway, robots launch soccer balls into their team’s goals, located on one end of the field while trying to block their opponents’ shots. During the end of the match, robots can suspend themselves from their team’s tower for bonus points.

FIRST ROBOTICS COMPETITION 2009 - LUNACY

In Lunacy, robots drive around on a slippery, ice-like surface. Each robot has a trailer attached to them. Teams attempt to score balls into opponents’ trailers while preventing opponents from scoring in theirs. During the endgame, special bonus balls can be thrown into trailers for extra points.
